Réception du prestigieux « Prix du livre de l’année 2018 » de L’IASPM-CA

L’Observatoire interdisciplinaire de création et de recherche en musique sont très heureux d’annoncer que Sophie Stévance et Serge Lacasse viennent de recevoir le prestigieux « Prix du livre de l’année 2018 » de l’International Association for the Study of Popular Music (IASPM-CA) pour leur livre publié chez Routledge Research-Creation in Music and the Arts: Towards a Collaborative Interdiscipline (2018).

Dans leur évaluation, le jury a notamment souligné que ce livre « is about disciplinary and pedagogical concerns that are pivotal and indeed urgent in some particular contexts—like music departments and other departments where research and creation coexist—but that are also of fundamental importance across a much wider range of contexts. And this is where we find its extraordinary value ».
